A is for...Annie Apple

This is the usual case when revision begins. You find yourself watching Jeremy Kyle. Personally, I don’t delve into those things. It used to be Ricki Lake back when I was younger. Anyway, when revision begins, you find yourself doing things which perhaps you wouldn’t find yourself doing if you had the normal school day. The fact is you have more time on your hands to surf the internet to its small little corners or you find yourself watching the QVC channel because the title, “Nyce legs spray on leggings” sounds more appealing to you than, “Political and Economic problems in Fascist Italy”. As a matter of fact, it’s the same thing isn’t it?

One day in school, just before ‘I’ left for study leave and classes were finished, me and Lauren began to talk about the alphabet we used to use in primary school and began to write it out. Only just today did I remember about this and decided to go and find the rest of the alphabet to ease my sleepless nights of trying to think what the name was for ‘W’. My favourites was ‘Hairy Hat man’ and ‘Munching Mike’.

The legend to come up with these letters was Lyn Wendon and was first publish in 1985. But the sorry news is, they have changed some letters since then(in 2003) making our letters that we learnt with, even more special. If you require to look up the rest of this fantastic alphabet please click here.

In next week’s post, we find ourselves looking at the letter ‘B’. Ooooo exciting! Tune in next time to see what we discuss for this ‘Bouncy Ben’.
