Here’s a few links to keep some boredom away. Found them in the past month or so and some of you might be interested in it.
http://isbw.murlafferty.com/ - “I Should Be Writing”, a blog dedicated to those who aspire to be fiction writers but don’t necessarily have that motivation or courage to go ahead with it.
http://www.nanowrimo.org/ - An online organisation that holds a writing month whereby from the 1st to 30th of November get people to write 50,000 words (or more) of fiction. Designed to get people writing freely to a time limit if they keep putting off writing a story. It’s taken very seriously with some people and for others it’s just a bit of fun. There are hundreds of stories that are written with NaNoWriMO that have been published.
http://www.creepypasta.com/ - A place where anyone can write a short or long fictitious story designed to be creepy or scary. There are different categories to explore as well as some of the links on their site. Each story can be commented on and rated.
So yeah, that’s as far as I’ve gotten. Feel free to comment if you’ve got any ‘underground’ websites that are particularly interesting.
